We have a strict 7-day return policy.
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to provide one of the following alternatives:
Replacement: If the product is still in stock, we will gladly replace the item for you.
Gift Voucher: In lieu of a refund, we can issue a gift voucher of the same value as the original purchased product. This voucher can be used on Faith Come Alive’s online store.
Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct sizing when placing an order. Sizes can vary between styles and materials, so please consult our size guide on the website before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or questions about sizing, please feel free to email us or use the chat option for assistance. Please be aware that the cost of reshipping, both ways, will be at your expense.
Accepted Returns
We will accept returns under the following circumstances:
Damaged products caused by manufacturing or delivery issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Before returning the item to us, please contact us at info@faithcomealive.co.za with full details regarding the purchased product and the issue you’ve encountered. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item if the fault is not on Faith Come Alive’s side.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We regret that we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:
Products damaged or soiled by the consumer.
Used or washed products.
Sale and Classic items (if applicable), as only regular-priced items may be returned and refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
